| About Laurel Hill Trout Farm, Inc |

| Laurel Hill Trout Farm has been a family owned company since 1964 when Clair Bassett purchased a small trout farm and fee fishing operation. Clair's son-in-law, Robert (Bob) Pritts, joined the business in 1974. Over the next 6 years, they operated the farm located in the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania. In 1980, decreasing water flows prompted them to close this operation. Clair operated the business for two years out of his home and the three raceways that he had there. Then in 1982, a water supply became available in Osterburg, Bedford County, Pennsylvania, and Bob and Clair built a new hatchery there. Two years later, to meet rising customer demand, they built another hatchery in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. Though Clair retired from the business in 1990 when Bob and his wife, Gloria, bought Clair's share of the business, Clair can still be found lending a hand during the busy season. Today, the two hatcheries located in southwestern Pennsylvania serve customers in Pennsylvania, along with many of its bordering states, with high-quality rainbow, brook, brown, and golden trout. The cold, clean water supplies and hand-selected brood stock allow the staff at Laurel Hill Trout Farm to serve its customers with high-quality trout. Over the years, the brood stock has been selected to provide not only good growth, but also exceptional color, hardiness, and fighting ability. We operate a fleet of 8 live haul trucks that can handle fish deliveries whether large or small. The farm was incorporated in 2005 and officially became Laurel Hill Trout Farm, Inc. The farm's current owners are Bob and Gloria Pritts and their son Adam Pritts. Laurel Hill Trout Farm, Inc., employs six full-time employees, including Bob and Adam Pritts. Our highly trained staff has over 70+ years of combined aquaculture experience and can assist you in almost all of your pond or stream management needs. Laurel Hill Trout Farm, Inc., also handles pond and lake management supplies, which we can ship throughout the United States to help our customers with their water management needs. In addition to working at the farm, Adam Pritts and his wife, Kyla, operate a fee fishing facility, Laurel Hill Trout Pond, which has been in operation since 1990 and is located next to our Somerset Farm.
