Diffused Aeration Systems
Our Diffused Aeration Systems all feature Kasco’s® Robust-Aire diffusers. Robust-Aire diffusers are the most efficient diffusers on the market and create more water flow to aerate your pond or lake. Robust-Aire diffusers have a hollow base made of durable plastic with a locking plug, allowing you to fill its cavity with gravel for weight. Unlike most of the competition, Robust-Aire diffusers have a raised design that keeps the diffusers performing at an optimal level above the pond bottom. Robust-Aire diffusers also feature heavy duty strain relief to help keep tubing attached during maintenance and installation and a Viton seal check valve to prevent water from entering the tubing when it is not in use. Robust-Aire Systems offer a variety of sizes and cabinet options. Simply choose the size and cabinet option that is right for your pond. Larger systems are also available. Cabinet Options:
No Cabinet:
- Choose this option if you wish to install the compressor in your own structure. Compressors need to be kept out of the weather and in a ventilated area. Remote manifolds are easily mounted via wood screws.
Post Mount Cabinet:
- Mountable to an exterior wall or post.
- Includes 120 volt receptacle or 240 volt junction box.
- Cabinets comes with cooling fan (provides 110 CFM ventilation).
- Dimensions: 19” x 12” x 12”H.
- Compressor comes mounted in the cabinet and cabinet includes lock.
Base Mount Cabinet
- Large cabinet can be situated near pond shore line (Dimensions: 22” x 17” x 19”).
- Includes 120 volt receptacle or 240 volt junction box.
- Cabinets come with cooling fan (provides 110 CFM ventilation).
- Compressor comes mounted in the keyed, lockable cabinet.
Robust-Aire Single Diffuser System

- Includes 1/3hp single head rocking piston compressor, 100’ of 3/8” Sure Sink weighted tubing, Robust-Aire diffuser assembly and all necessary fitting and clamps.
- Suitable for ponds up to 1.5 Acres* in size.
- One year manufacturer’s warranty on all parts.
- Extremely quiet (less than 70 dB without cabinet, about the same as a window air conditioner) continuous duty operation with minimal maintenance.
- Maximum operating depth of 40’.
- Produces 2.25 CFM at 10 psi and has a 3.6 amp drawl on 120 volts.
- Compressor will start safely under pressure.

Additional Sure Sink Tubing
- Need more tubing for your pond or lake? Additional Sure Sink tubing is available in 100’ boxes. Each box also contains full packet of barbed fittings, connectors and stainless steel clamps. Sure Sink Tubing is available in 3/8” or 5/8” inside diameter. If you are making runs to individual diffusers over 300’, we recommend using 5/8” tubing.
