ALLEGHENY MOUNTAIN TROUT - Frozen Fillets, 6-8oz or 6oz+

It used to be that all of our trout were farm raised in the clean, cold, fast-moving waters of the Allegheny Mountains. In 2025 we added two additional farms that are not in the Allegheny Mountains, so once we start processing those fish as well, we’ll need a new name. But the basics that we loved about the Alleghenies that allowed out trout to grow up happy, healthy, muscular and tasty (though our specialized diet helps with the tasty part) still hold true.

From Cleveland and Erie down to Roanoke and Richmond, from Morgantown over to NYC, Philly and the DC/Baltimore metro area, you’ll find one of our farms within 150 miles. (And then there’s the one in Missouri …. )

FRESH AND SMOKED TROUT

Limestone Springs, the newest of our farms, produces fresh fillets along with butterflied, gutted, boned, whole and smoked trout. These products can be ordered for pick-up or shipping by visiting the online store here.

Food Fish Fridays

At our Somerset, PA farm we have walk up hours from 10am - 2pm each Friday (unless it falls on New Year’s Day, 4th of July, or Christmas Day) for those looking to pick up whole fresh trout for food purposes (not live stocking).
